Journaling can be a great way to clear your mind, get you thoughts in order, and even decrease anxiety, I journal for all three of those reasons. As you do this journaling challenge, I pray that you reconnect with God in the way you need.
Before starting, I encourage you to pray to God. It’s okay if you haven’t prayed in awhile, still pray whats on your heart. If you are still apprehensive, read Psalm 51:1-12 and make it your own.
I will also be doing this along with you. To keep up with me on instagram (@jesseniamelise), or even to post your own journey, use the hashtag #letsreconnect.
Let’s get journaling!
Hablamos Pronto,
